Each flat accommodates two people and features:
1 bedroom and double bed
1 bathroom with shower
1 private garden with table, chairs, and deckchairs
1 open plan day area with a kitchen, table, sofa, TV, wine, and minibar
Roberta prepares breakfast on the spot based on the guests’ requests.

 Roberta is passionate about ensuring our guests start their day with a spring in their step, and there’s no better way of doing that than breakfast. She’s a dab hand at anything, from sweet to savoury, and can whip up pancakes, apple pies, and chocolate cakes which will have you asking for more. Waking up to the scent of a mouth-watering breakfast is the best way to start the day.

Each flat costs between €180 and €260 depending on the period, and both flats can be booked for between €320 and €480 per night depending on the period, with a minimum stay of 2 days.

• We are happy to bring breakfast to your flat or you can also have breakfast in the general breakfast room. We offer: Milk, coffee, tea, apple juice, white and wholemeal bread, eggs, cheese, sausage, yoghurt, muesli, cakes, jams, jelly, seasonal fruit (of which from our own production: apple-elderberry juice jelly, apple-cinnamon compote, apple pie, apple juice, peppermint tea, bread with walnuts and apples, various seasonal fruits).

• Every 24th June of the year there is the "GRATL QUARTIERFESTIVAL". A mass starts at 6.30 pm in the small church next to the farm, followed by a small party with catering in the garden of the farm. The "Terlaner Böhmische" will be playing. Everyone is cordially invited
